Data & investment analyst — funding management

• Built an end-to-end funding management system in VBA — used in production and acted as the prototype for a more scalable enterprise solution.
• Produced SQL queries and datasets that drove governance and operational insight across the sector.
• Practically interpreted policy into accurate business rules and constraints embedded in SQL queries.
• Modelled the performance of every provider in the sector to support investment decisions.
• Performed investigative analysis of SQL relational models and mapping to identify root-cause issues in data quality and reporting.

Senior data analyst (secondment) — grants management system

• Played a supporting role in the design and implementation of a grants management system in VBA.
• Developed complex SQL queries for implementation into validation engines based on refined business logic.
• Acted as subject matter expert in sector-level data collection systems.
• Conducted quantitative analysis of factors in learner success pathways, producing novel datasets to support external engagement.

Administration — automation

Wrote VBA libraries for report generation and complex mail merges, automating administrative processes and report production across the engagement workstream.
