Future operating model & pandemic response
Lead analyst on a central-government organisational change process and pandemic response, working directly with the executive leadership team on workforce design and pandemic-era staff infrastructure. Contract extended multiple times.
Future operating model (Lead Analyst)
- Produced workforce modelling and forecasting that informed executive decisions on the agency's workforce composition from 2021 to 2025 — iterated continuously based on engagement with executive stakeholders.
- Led the architecture, development, and implementation of a web application on Azure (Power Platform) that allowed staff to browse and apply for roles and access change documentation.
- Designed robust processes and a cloud-based system for data storage and change analysis, with strong privacy controls for individuals.
- Served as the integration and coordination point for executive and programme data — analytics and insights generation across people, financial, and work-related data.
- Developed systems for requirements documentation, assumptions tracking, and status reporting to support programme-related decision-making.
Pandemic response (Senior Analyst)
- Designed and implemented the first iteration of the application used for tracking staff whereabouts during the first wave of the pandemic response.
- Built COVID-19 response data infrastructure enabling real-time tracking of staff and their wellbeing.
- Rapidly established collection mechanisms for distributing equipment and gathering workforce intelligence — facilitating timely and informed workforce decisions during a crisis.
- Used Python forecasting and trend analysis to support organisational planning and adaptation.
